《授权委托书》填表说明
1、申请河房复吧气械背单位到市食品明销哪药品监督局办理行政许可事项时，申请人不是法定代表人或负责人时，须由法定代表人或负责人程妈开具《授权委托书》给申请人，列明授权范围和委托期限。
